Mixed Achar

A little of everything from the season raw mango, carrot, cauliflower, green chilli and lime, each cut by hand and cured together in mustard oil until the flavours settle into one another.

The jar to reach for when you cannot decide. Different every spoonful, and never the same batch twice.

• 500g glass jar
• Raw mango, carrot, cauliflower, lime, green chilli, mustard oil, salt, fennel, fenugreek, turmeric
• Keep in a cool, dry place and always use a dry spoon
